GENERAL:
In late 2013, the first floor of this house was completely remodeled. In 2020 almost all window frames were replaced for plastic frames with HR++ glass and in 2021 the bathroom was renewed. The house is located in a quiet side street where basically only local traffic passes through. One street away you will find a wide green strip with a walking path, playing field and a dog field. The house is within walking distance of the center with several stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, an elementary school with day care and several sports clubs. The freeways A67 and A2 are both in less than fifteen minutes by car to reach and from there you can easily drive to the surrounding major cities.

GROUND FLOOR:
ENTRANCE
The front garden is nicely landscaped with ornamental grasses, a tree and a gravel path with large tiles which you walk to the front door. You enter the hall where your gaze immediately goes to the ceiling. Here is namely a Portuguese tile pattern attached to and all the colors give the hall immediately a cheerful look. The meter cupboard has 9 groups and there is a connection to the fiber network available. Under the stairs is a handy stairs cupboard where you can store many things and next to it is the toilet. The floor has dark tiles with underfloor heating that continue into the living room and kitchen.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a large window at the front that covers the entire width of the room and at the rear a sliding glass door. So there is no shortage of natural light here! All walls are neatly plastered and coated with a layer of paint.

KITCHEN
The kitchen was renovated about 10 years ago and has a sleek and modern look with the white cabinets, stainless steel handles, rear wall and hood. The top is plastic and has a wood look. You can cook well here on the five-burner stove or slide an easy meal into the large combi-oven. There is also a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a handy pull-out apothecary cupboard.

FLOOR:
The staircase leading to the second floor has soft carpeting and beautiful old-green paneling against the wall. On the landing, a convenient laundry nook has been created where a dryer and a washing machine fit right next to each other. The top that was made above it features the Portuguese tiles again!

BEDROOMS
Two of the three bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate a large double bed and a closet. The third bedroom is somewhat smaller but still a great size for a nursery, dressing room or, for example, a workstation. All bedrooms have a light laminate floor, tilt and turn windows with plastic frames and shutters. On 1 of the rooms is a wall with photo wallpaper.

BATHROOM
The bathroom was renovated in 2021 and on the floor you can immediately see the Portuguese tiles again. The bathroom is small but handy and has a double shower head so you can easily shower with two at a time. There is a sink with storage cabinet and an extra closet. The bathroom window was not replaced at the time and has wooden frames and single glass.

LOWER LOWER:
The attic is accessible by a loft ladder through a hatch above the landing. Here you can store many things you do not need every day. In the attic also hangs the Remeha CV boiler from 2013.

GARDEN:
The garden is landscaped so that it is easy to maintain and yet always green. The main part consists of lawn with a small piece (under the canopy behind the garage) is artificial grass. In the middle of the garden is a large palm tree. Under the covered terrace behind the house you can sit in the shade and because translucent plastic sheets are used as a roof it remains as an open space. The garden is completely fenced with a fence and a wall. Through the garden you have access to the garage and driveway with carport. In the garden there are electrical outlets, an outdoor tap and lighting.
